Connecting Power Bi Using Azure Analysis Service

Hi,  I am new to connecting  Power BI using Azure Analysis Server . I have few Quries regarding the below design.

Oracle On Premise DB -> Gateway -> Azure AS (Dataset) -> Power BI (Report)

Here are my Queries.

1. Where shoulld we install the Gateway so that we can add that in Azure AS. ?

2.  Dataset is Created using SSDT ? (Cube concept)

3. Power BI reports needs to be connected through Live Connection or not?

4. Do we require PBi Premium for this or Pro will also support AAS?

The machine from where you want to publish and maintain. But check do you need that, few source do not require gateway
