Conditionally Format Card Border based on Slicer Selection

I have two tables: One showing the number of home runs per team by date and one showing the team names and the associated manager. I have a relationship between the tables on team. Some managers manage multiple teams.

I have a set of cards, each showing the total number of home runs and each card is filtered to specific team.

I have a slicer that allows selection of one or multiple managers.

I want to conditionally format the team homerun card borders to turn yellow when the teams manager is selected from the drop down. If multiple managers are selected, I want all associated teams to have yellow borders.
