Hi,
Please advise, why i only get a red light? results are between 5 to 10 so i should get a yellow light .
I tried percentage instead of number with no luck.

you can just change the 5 to the 0.05 and 10 to 0.1, use the number, because the value of you is 7.21%, that means 0.0721.

Hi,
This is a common misunderstanding with percentage value fields. Although it looks like you have values between 0 and 100%, the acual value found in the measure is between 0 and 1.
In other words your scale for conditional formatting needs to be divided by 100 to work;
For example
0 = 0%
.05 = 5%
.1 = 10%
As soon as you alter the sale in your conditional formatting as above then you will get the desitred outcome.
