Conditional formatting rules seem to miss function.
Hi, Please advise, why i only get a red light? results are between 5 to 10 so i should get a yellow light . I tried percentage instead of number with no luck. Thanks.

you can just change the 5 to the 0.05 and 10 to 0.1, use the number, because the value of you is 7.21%, that means 0.0721.
