Conditional formatting on Clustured Column and Line chart with multiple line axises

Hello All,

I would like to know if it is possible to have conditional formatting on Clustured Column and Line chart with multiple line axises?

Please check below image for your reference where, 

Week is under X axis, CY(Whole Number Type) is under Column Y Axis, PY(Whole Number Type) and YOY%(% Type) measures are under Line Y Axis.

We have to go by this presentation of measures only as it is the ask from user.

Now when I try to use only one line y axis values, I am able to do conditional formatting but when I keep multiple measures then I am unable to.

The conditional formatting for YOY% should be of like if the values are greater than or equal to zero then GREEN, if they are less than zero then RED.

Can anyone please guide me or suggest to implement any workround to achive this in power bi?
