Conditional formatting for Line Stacked Column chart background as Threshold

Hi,

Please see the below image where am expecting Blue(B) ,Red(R) and Yellow(Y) as Background for the visual based on the Y axis Right hand side % Scale which the line value is a measure.

Need help on this.Thanks!

as far as I know this is not possible.

But would be interested if there is a solution for that.
