I have a user that wants to include a check box for a list of years in his data. Simple enough. He is complaining that the Week Ending slicer doesn't change to reflect just the year(s) selected. So if 2021 is selected the slicer would show only 2021 dates. Is there a way to make this happen?

Hi, @Anonymous
According to your description, I think the user may be a little misunderstood, slicer is generally used to filter data, not to be filtered, and measure can't be placed on the slicer. Do you know what data is displayed for week ending? Maybe I can help you see if there is a workaround.
Best Regards

Hi Janey, I understand. I ended up adjusting the slicer and using bookmarks to reflect the time period associated with the year selected. He seems to be happy with that.
Has anyone tried this in DAX? From what I am seeing in the report, even with a full calendar the sliser doesn't scale down.
