Conditional formatting calculated column partial text

Hi, I have a a concatenated column called Title&desc which is basically concatenation of 2 columns. The values in this column look like 'Title:xxxxx Description:yyyyyy'. I have a matrix visual  where I have this column. I need to show the Title:xxxxxxxpart in one color and description:yyyyy in another color, in the same column. Is this possible?
