Hi,
I have a Matrix visual with Average in HH:MM: SS format and I need to get the conditional formatting, however, there is no fixed range. Needs to format similar to the Gradient format where the lower value = green, middle value = yellow, and highest = red

I was able to resolve this by converting the HH:MM: SS average to Numeric Average and then Applying the Conditional formatting
NumericAHT =
AVERAGE(support__cw_ops_manage_case_merge_temp[FormattedAHT])
