Conditional Formatting For Row Values in MATRIX

Need Help @tdaniel @swwong1 @abc 

Hi All,

 

Just wondering if it's possible to conditional format Row in Matrix based on values. For example in the picture: Can I make the rows( not fully (only the row headers) in differnt colours as circled. First three as yellow, next as purple, next as pink etc.Question.png
