Raster Image - WMS (Web Map Service) - Visualise in PowerBI

Trying to find a solution to how to visualise a raster image within a PowerBI visualisation.  Vector Layers no problem.  Would like to have a raster as a custom basemap, but cannot workout how to achieve this?

Any ideas? Examples?
