I need to concatenate 2 columns with a "-" between them, but I don't want the "-" on blank fields. Below is what I have, just don't know how to remove the "-" from the blank fields.

IF ( result = "-", BLANK (), result )
or more better way you can try this:-
Project_ID_Name =

IF (
'Table 1'[Project_ID] <> BLANK ()
&& 'Table 2'[Project_Name] <> BLANK (),
'Table 1'[Project_ID] & "-" & 'Table 2'[Project_Name],
COALESCE ( 'Table 1'[Project_ID], 'Table 2'[Project_Name] )
)
RETURN
IF ( result = "-", BLANK (), result )
