Hi heroes, 

Please help me to choose proper technical specification for  notebook that can works smoothly for power bi desktop. 

I struggle with  approximately  8 million data rows. 

Does RAM matter ?

@alikhalilov , if the compressed data size, means the size of power bi file less than 1.5 GB it should work.

I am able to work with a file size of 1.5 GB to 2 GB with 8 GB of RAM. It does slow down.

I have less than 200 MB, but dont work .... there should be some other reason....

@alikhalilov , Check these settings. Make sure browsers are not taking too much memory. Increase virtual memory of the system and increase data management cache of Power bi
