Comparing 2 values using timeline

Hi I have a table of Skills and date. And i want to compare 2 skills(Whether it is increasing in frequency prolly using a slicers) over time how can I go about doing that?

Would a clustered column chart display this? If not, what would it be missing? Can you explain a bit more about what you're trying to accomplish?
