I want to reuse common power query transformations in another pbix file , is there a way to do it without using dataflow?

Hi @powerbiexpert22

What is the objective or scenario, can you please describe more?

Process you can follow

  1. Save a Copy of the Report:
  • Open the report in Power BI Desktop that is associated with the dashboard you want to duplicate.
  • Go to the ‘File menu’, then select ‘Save As’.
  • Give the report a new name and save it to your desired location.
  • Delete visual and power query table which is not require for new pbix file
  • Save the file
