Common transformations

I want to reuse common power query transformations in another pbix file , is there a way to do it without using dataflow?

    Publish File1 to the Power BI service. Open File2 in Power BI Desktop. Get Data > Datasets > File1

    Hi powerbiexpert22 

    Step 1 - Publish the report/PBIX1 file in Power BI Service
    Step 2 - Open new pbix file and follow the below step

    Step -3 - Select the PBIX1 Dataset and start building PBIX2 report

Example:

File1.pbix

Dim1,Dim2,Dim3,Dim4,Dim5,Fact1

File2.pbix

Dim1,Dim2,Dim3,Fact2

I want to reuse Dim1,Dim2,Dim3 from File1.pbix in File2.pbix
