Step 1 - Publish the report/PBIX1 file in Power BI Service
Step 2 - Open new pbix file and follow the below stepStep -3 - Select the PBIX1 Dataset and start building PBIX2 report

Process you can follow
- Save a Copy of the Report:
- Open the report in Power BI Desktop that is associated with the dashboard you want to duplicate.
- Go to the ‘File menu’, then select ‘Save As’.
- Give the report a new name and save it to your desired location.
- Delete visual and power query table which is not require for new pbix file
- Save the file
