I was wondering if we can combine data points on top of a filled map?

Based on my understanding, you want to display data labels on the filled map for each shading, right?

Currently, there is no OOTB feature for us to display data points labels on the filled map visual. The label display on the filled map can only be Legend property values, see:

Yes that's what I hope to get - data points on the map rather than legend.
