Column to rows

Hello 

 

I am quite new to Power BI and not able to solve this in Power Query, Is there a way this can be achieved?

In that case, duplicate tables depends upon the number of users and in each table keep rows by using keep rows by range option and then unpivot them. Finally append them on the column headings.

Hello @IbrarKaleem1, you can use Pivot and UnPivot options in Power Query Editor to do the same and in Power BI Desktop you have to use MATRIX visual to represent the data in this format.

Pivot, Unpivot is not helping. already tried that, the sets are different in row count.
