I have a column month which is sorted by another column month no.
The sorting working for other visuals but in metrix visual the sort is not working
is there any option to fix this sorting

Yes, I check this again the column sort is working properly. The issue in the upper screen shot was beacuse or additional sorting applied on measure value.

@Anonymous , check do you have two values for same month in sort column, I doubt that
to test plot both to them unsummarized in a table visual and sort on month and check
This is how you column and sort column should look like
Month Year = FORMAT([Date],"mmmm")
Month Year sort = month([DAte])
