Column Dates - Table

Hi all. I am quite new to PowerBi. I am wanting to track have a line chart that tracks the progress of different training modules each week. I can get this working if I have the date column doing down but I cannot find out how to do it with the dates going vertically.

I find that entering the data is easier if I use this format -

I know how to filter the lines by creating a relationship for the 'Site' and 'Type' but I would love to find a solution having the data going vertically. Thank you.

@nickcurry

maybe you can try select date columns and unpivot columns

That seemed to do the trick! I am sure there will be more playing with it but I am very grateful for your detailed post. You must have known that I learn with 'visual' prompts so thank you again.
