Column Calculation

I am trying to create a calculated column without using CALCULATE and FILTER functions. The data to be used for the calculation comes from COUNT, SUM, or AVERAGE functions, which the tool automatically calculates, which is making it difficult for me to write a formula for the column as the data-set is huge, contain multiple items and from a live database subjected to change. Any ideas or solutions, please let me know.
