    I'm looking for a solution, is to implement the Stacked bar with color legend in the Matrix view

    Actually this can be partially achieve with the help of SVG Image option(Using Image URL).

You may have a look at below picture and check if it matches. If not, I'm afraid there is no better way to do that in Matrix view.
