Color Format

Hi,

I created a column called "Compliance" which has "In Compliance" and "Out of Compliance" values based on the dates(start date and end date).

1)I want to highlight the column values which are only "Out of Compliance" with Red color. Is that possible in a Matrix?

2) Also i want to show the blank values from column Compliance as "Zero"

Thanks in Advance!!

Hi @Pinky0404,

1. I'm afraid we can't format strings by now. You can vote this idea. Maybe there is a workaround. You can add another column to show up the color.

Color =
IF ( [Compliance] = "Out of Compliance", 1, 0 )

2. You can add this part into the formula like this:

Compliance =
IF (
    [Column1] = 1,
    "In Compliance",
    IF ( ISBLANK ( [Column1] ), "Zero", "Out of Compliance" )
)

Best Regards!
