Cluster Column Chart needs a dynamic horizontal line

I have a tab, Cluster Column Example, where I have a Matrix, two score cards and two Cluster Column Charts. In the two cluster column charts, I have added the Average line that Power BI allows you to add. When I select a container in the Matrix, the columns in the cluster column chart update, but the average lines do not update. Is there another visualization and/or DAX that would serve as a dynamic average line whose value would match the values in the respective scorecards in the second image.

and then use it in the analytics pane using the constant line option and fx

Thank you, but that did not work. I have that formula and is shown in the scorecard. But when I use it as you suggested, it doesn't work.
