Failure rate with Filters. Power BI link included.

Hi. I need help with the following please. Thanks!

For each PRIORITY, I need to count the number of IDs that failed and divide by total number of IDs. The IDs failed if CODE = "F"or "T" and TIME is greater than 4.

Results for the Power BI linked below should show similar to:

Priority 1: 2 of 20 failed for rate of 10%

Priority 2: 3 of 20 failed for rate of 15%

Priority 3: 0 of 20 failed for rate of 0%

Priority 4: 1 of 20 failed for rate of 5%.
