I have a set of visuals that uses 2 slicers. When making a choice on slicer 1 (Region), slicer 2 has 3 possible options (Fig 1). If you select one of these options, this selection remains when changing the selection on slicer 1 (Fig 2). This selection remains until selecting one of the options relevant to the new selection (fig 3).
Is there a way to stop this? The data from both slicers is in the same query

That is the way it is, unfortunately: a selection currently will not automagically unselect itself. Here's to hoping for future development which will solve this "annoying" behaviour

You could use the Chiclet slicer instead from Custom Visuals
