Checking and correcting

Hello, 

Please could anyone help me to correct this DAX below: 

Ticket résolu = COUNTROWS(FILTER(RELATEDTABLE('Détail des DS'),'Détail des DS'[Statut demande de service] = "En cours","Ouvert","En attente"))

i want to calculate all what is in column except "En cours" and "ouvert" and "en attente", in this column i have also "Résolu" and "cloturé" and "retraité"

Thank you Nathani for your help, 

Please i want to add in the same filter another one, which to countrows all "statut demande de service" except "En cours" and "Ouvert" and "En attente" for only these agents "A" and "B" and "C" in a different column's name "AGENT"

        NOT 'Détail des DS'[Statut demande de service]
            IN {
            "En cours",
            "Ouvert",
            "En attente"
        }

&&  
'Détail des DS'[Agents] IN {"A","B","C"}

    )
)
