    Try this

     

    Ticket résolu =
COUNTROWS (
    FILTER (
        'Détail des DS',
        NOT 'Détail des DS'[Statut demande de service]
            IN {
            "En cours",
            "Ouvert",
            "En attente"
        }

&&  
'Détail des DS'[Agents] IN {"A","B","C"}

    )
)

I want to count row for the column "Statur demande de service" except "En attente" and "En cours" and "Ouvert"

    Thank you Nathani for your help, 

     

    Please i want to add in the same filter another one, which to countrows all "statut demande de service" except "En cours" and "Ouvert" and "En attente" for only these agents "A" and "B" and "C" in a different column's name "AGENT"
