Chart based on a year parameter

Hello,

I am trying to replicate some Tableau charts in Power BI.

Please see attached chart. On the left I have a bar chart that organizes the count of business days between 2 dates in 20 days batches. It uses column [WorkDays Overall] and works correctly.

On the right, I want to create a similar chart but based on a parameter ([Reference Year], see below) that is used in measure [WorkDays Ref Year]. I replicated everything for this chart, based on the chart on the left. I know I cannot to use a measure on X axis to break down the count by 20 days batches as in the first chart, so I need a workaround.

@Anonymous didn't looked at your file but based on your subject line, you cannot use measures on the x-axis
