Hi,
I'm new to Power BI. I have two tables, Project and Cashflow, that have a 1:M relationship. I need to show only two years of cashflows as columns on a project dashboard. I have tried using measures but the measure totals up too many rows. Any hints or guidance would be appreciated.

@cwarnholtz create a matrix visual,
put project id on rows from the project table
put the fiscal year on columns from the cashflow table
add a new measure to sum amount or drop amount on value which will give the sum
Add a page or visual level filter on fiscal year and filter for the year you are looking for. This is the quickest and easiest way to get there.
