Chart Power BI
I need to convert a chart from tableau to power could please help on the below chart how it can be created in power bi

I did the following test: You can use line and clustered column chart visual in powertbi desktop to get a graph similar to tablular. The reason for the right and left axis showing value not same is because the values of the two different fields corresponding to the y-axis. One is the linear range and the other is the aggregation range. If you want to make the left and right y-axis ranges the same. It can be set in Format->Y axis, refer to the following:

Anonymous , what is the visual name? You can check Clustered line visual, With line Type as Step -http://datacornering.com/how-to-create-a-step-chart-in-power-bi/
Or show only marker for line and hide line by using color ffffff00 or color same as background color
