It can not directly use the visual, but you can design it by using text box and chart visual, you can refer to the following solution.
Sample data
Create the chart visual
Then create three text box and adjust their width and height based on your need, and set their border color to black and set the background color to white and set the transparency to 100%.
Then group the visuals at 'Selections'
