Character separated value

Hi 

 

I have one table with column name Location which contains values in format "MHK-SF-023", I want to create a column with value "SF". Can someone share concept here.

@Anonymous Please try using "Text Between Delimiters" option in "Power Query" under "Transform" Tab and Extract option shown in below image.
