Submit Tech Support Issue Part 2

I am trying to submit a ticket on the Power BI website and the drop down menu on the "Problem Type" and "Category" are blank.  So after completing all the other required fields I am unable to submit ticket because it is looking for a selection within the two required drop down menus.  But the drop down menu is not working correctly.  I am using Google Chrome Browser.

I can't reproduce this on my side, did this issue still appears on your side? I also found similar thread on issue forum, maybe you can take a look on it.

Tried today and the issues has somehow resolved itself... The drop down menu is now working.
