Changing text color for data labels, X-axis and Y-axis on all pages

One of my reports has 150 pages. Is there a way to change text colors for all the pages? Is it possible to do it in JSON for the theme? 

Data labels < Values < Color (#000000)

X-axis < Values < Color (#000000)

Y-axis < Values < Color (#000000)

I only need to change those three values. Please help me out. Thanks.

It doesn't change the color for data labels, X-axis, or Y-axis from the visual. The only thing that changed on my report is the text box.
