Changing Data Colour for clustered column

How can I make a visual that highlight the latest month as the time as by? In the Data Colour, I dont see any field that allows function. In moving forward to next month, the month 6 will still be in red colour.

@Anonymous , You can not use conditional formatting the data color, when you use legend or more than one measure.
