Change data source SAP BW Direct Query

Hi all,

I have a data source on SAP BW. 
I'm working with both test and production systems. I want to make development on test system and then change the datasource to production system. As i see we can do something with parameters on SQL datasource but i couldn't find anything for SAP BW datasource.

Is it possible and how ?

We are facing the same issue with SAP BW Direct Query, it says the solution has been accepted but i dont see the solution, as the link provided gives general instructions, not related to the case. @amitchandak could you please help me further?

@Anonymous , You have edit data -source under data transformation /edit queries

Hi @amitchandak,

I read the article you sent in the link and followed the steps there one by one.

I'm getting error message as below. 
Here are the steps I take

1- First off all i connected to BW Bex query to Power BI with direct query
2- It is working as supposed to be.
3- All structure is same in my queries which existing in different source. (One of them in dev system and other in Prod system)
4- Changing server name on data source settings

5- Changing permission informations

6- Then I'm getting error as below.


I couldn't find anything about this error message. Do you have any idea ?
