Change Datasource From Multidimensional Model to Tabular Model Live Connection

We are moving from a Multidimensional model to a Tabular Model. Currently I cannot find an option to change the datasource on a live connection to Cube.

 

Has anyone come across the same or similar issue?

Unfortunately, I'm not aware of a way to do that for a live connection.

This is bad because organizations change the Models all the time if we are creating same measures and dimensions between models and we cannot expect the end user to recreate all his dashboards from scratch.
