I am wondering if there is support for filled maps that recognize Census Divisions in Canada. I would like to use the standard code from Statistics Canada as a location variable and have the map shade the proper sections.

The default filled map only supports geo data that the Bing API supports.
You may look into using something like the Synoptic Panel, which can utilize an arbitrary SVG image to use as the "map" to fill
