I hope all is well! Im a first time poster, so I hope my question makes sense!
My organization is committed to Power BI but we’re running into issues in regards to Capacity. We were wondering how its calculated and how best to optimize the platform to support.

When you publish dashboards, reports, or semantic models to Power BI services, they consume capacity. You can manage the configuration capacity in the admin portal. For more details, you can read related document link: Configure and manage capacities in Power BI Premium - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
Capacity load assessment is also possible: Power BI Premium capacity load, overload, and autoscale - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
