Cant add a measure in Custom Label

Hello!

I'm having some problems trying to add a custom label to a 100% stack column chart.

I can set the option to "enabled", but the field for adding data is not enabled.

Is there some kind of conflict?

In a line chart it works:

No it should work 

You can attach a link to the sample pbix and I will try to see what the problem is
