Cannot Update PowerBI desktop

Hello Everyone,

I need help understanding why I cannot update PowerBI on my Windows10 pc. The app store message is 'This app is not compatible with this device'---which is W10 OS. Picture attached.

Any hint will be appreciated.

Verify the version of power bi installed in your computer, 32 bit or 64 bit.
