Hi @DiKi-I

Welcome to the Microsoft Fabric Forum,

Thank you @bhanu_gautam for your response.

To build a real-time Call Quality Dashboard for Microsoft Teams, your client should leverage the Microsoft Graph Call Records API, which provides near real-time access to call and meeting quality data. This API is part of the insights available through the Microsoft Teams Admin Center (TAC) and is the recommended approach for real-time monitoring, as opposed to the Call Quality Dashboard (CQD), which has a data latency of approximately 24 hours.

For implementation, this involves:

     1. Registering an Azure AD app with the appropriate Graph API permissions

     2. Authenticating securely via OAuth2

     3. Integrating the API within Power BI, Fabric notebooks, or pipelines to fetch and visualize the data

Please refer to the official Microsoft documents below for detailed guidance:

What is Call Quality Dashboard (CQD)? - Microsoft Teams | Microsoft Learn
Call Quality Dashboard (CQD) setup - Microsoft Teams | Microsoft Learn
Working with the call records API in Microsoft Graph - Microsoft Graph v1.0 | Microsoft Learn
Register an application with the Microsoft identity platform - Microsoft Graph | Microsoft Learn
Microsoft Graph permissions reference - Microsoft Graph | Microsoft Learn

If this information helps resolve your issue, kindly consider marking this response as the Accepted Solution, as it may assist other community members facing similar challenges.

Thank you for being part of the Microsoft Fabric Community.
