To build a real-time Call Quality Dashboard for Microsoft Teams, your client should leverage the Microsoft Graph Call Records API, which provides near real-time access to call and meeting quality data. This API is part of the insights available through the Microsoft Teams Admin Center (TAC) and is the recommended approach for real-time monitoring, as opposed to the Call Quality Dashboard (CQD), which has a data latency of approximately 24 hours.
For implementation, this involves:
1. Registering an Azure AD app with the appropriate Graph API permissions
2. Authenticating securely via OAuth2
3. Integrating the API within Power BI, Fabric notebooks, or pipelines to fetch and visualize the data
