Calculation measured for values that is not in two related tables

Hello everyone!

I have several related tables and want to calculate a measure to show value in all fields that are in the parent matrix (General Report) even if that value is not in other related tables. (image 1)

the value I underline below in yellow is not in the other tables. (image 2)

So when I apply this formula, it disappears. (image 3) I copy the formula:

For the ADI-XXX value that is not in the other related tables, I need to assign you a value from your "AFO_Informe General" table. How do I do that?

Would you please show us sample pbix file.?Your screenshot is too fuzzy. I can't get understanding your formula.
