Calculating Process Sigma

Hi all,

Im having an issue calculating Process Sigma in Power BI, this formula works fro me in Excel and should equal 4.4 based on the information, Power BI says that the minimum argument count for NORM.INV is 3, any help appreiacted.

My total piece count is 298,312,428 and my DPMO is 1,189.

Process Sigma = IF([Total Peice Count]=0,"",(IF(([DPMO]/1000000)>0.933199,0,IF(([DPMO]/1000000)>0.5,1.5-ABS(NORM.INV([DPMO]/1000000)),ABS(NORM.INV([DPMO]/1000000))+1.5))))
