In the matrix table here below i have three active users in the city Calgary.
I use the following measures to calculate the total active users:
The image below shown after each user name the same number of 3. This is not what the expected result must be.
The expected result mus be like:
Calgary 3
June 1
Tricia 1
yoichiroo 1
Total 3
Any suggestions?

I think the isblank is overwriting the filter context on UserId coming from the visual, this should solve it:
TotalActiveUsers:= CALCULATE([TotaUserID], 'Fact user license New'[Status] = "Active", KEEPFILTERS(NOT ISBLANK('Fact user license New'[UserId])) )
