Cache and Lucia Cache

Dear PowerBI Community

I have a remote desktop server running as the datagateway for PowerBI, I'm also using the remote desktop to build dashboards.

At the moment my dashboard refreshes has failed, with the error of "The gateway is either offline or could not be reached."
the remote desktop is still up and running

after I check, my storage is actually full, I suspect this could be the cause
and 3 folders that I find to take a lot of space is
1. 'powerbidesktop/cache'
2. 'powerbidesktop/luciacache'
3. 'powerbidesktop/tempsaves'

is it safe for me to delete all the content in this folder?

@ikhwan_tokenomy , In file -> Options and settings -> Option

Under data load

You have three cache option

Memory management, Folder and Q&A , Clear all of them and check
