Button with sign if visual is going to have less than 10 lines

Hello,

I have a bar chart with count measure. I want to have a functionality where if user slices/filters the chart the way visual would present less than 10, i'd have to get rid of chart and have a popup/button that "Count is too small to highlight" 

I know I can put a filter that measure is greater or equal to 10, but I still don't have any information for user that he is unable to do that. What would you suggest?

@Pbiuserr , Assume lines are based on legend column col1

then you can use this measure in visual level filter

if(countx(allselected(Dim), dim[col1]) <10, 0,1)

check for value =1, so it will become blank. you can keep a text box behind the visual with a message and make the background color transparent using this in the background color (Fx option) field value option

if(countx(allselected(Dim), dim[col1]) <10, "#ffffff00","#ffffff")
