Button functionality : navigation and extraction

Hello ! I have a question about a button functionality : 

I would like a button to have the following functionality:
1) Without any filter on column A, I want it to navigate to page Z
2) When I press a visual on the page, it filters on column A and I want the button to extract to page Z, taking into account the filter on column A.
Is this possible?

No, the Button is just a kind of hyperlink to another page / visual, there is no conditional functionality in it.
